Adani Q2 net profit jumps 84 pc to ₹3,199 cr

Adani Enterprises officially announced on Tuesday that it has reported a 84per cent increase in net profit at Rs 3,199 crore for the quarter ended 30 September 2025 due to a onetime gain of Rs 3,583 crore.
“The emerging core infra businesses have recorded half-yearly EBITDA of Rs5470 crore with an increase of 5per cent on year-on-year basis and now contributes 71per cent to total EBITDA,” the company stated in a stock exchange filing.
However, the flagship company's revenue declined by 6per cent to Rs 21,249 crore in Q2FY26 as against Rs 22,608 crore in Q2FY25 due to weakness in its coal trading division.
