Rao had accused Ramesh, who hails from Andhra Pradesh, of landing a contract worth Rs 1600 crore for a road project in the Future City in Telangana under the Congress government
RS working president KT Rama Rao's accusation that Telangana chief minister Revanth Reddy was colluding with the BJP has resulted in an ugly spat with BJP MP CM Ramesh, who has counter-accused that Rao had approached him with the proposal to merge BRS with the BJP when his sister Kavitha was incarcerated.
He said KT Rama Rao was unhappy now because the proposal to merge the parties was not accepted by the BJP. Rao had accused Ramesh, who hails from Andhra Pradesh, of landing a contract worth Rs 1600 crore for a road project in the Future City in Telangana under the Congress government, citing it as an instance of collusion between the BJP and Congress.
