Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Israeli counterpart Benjamin Netanyahu spoke over the telephone on Wednesday to exchange New Year greetings and reinforce the India-Israel Strategic Partnership for 2026.
Set against a backdrop of heightened regional tensions, the dialogue served as a platform for both leaders to reiterate their "shared resolve" to combat global terrorism with increased vigour and a zero-tolerance approach.
