US-based iLink Digital has acquired a majority stake in FourNxt, a leading expert in AIand HyperAutomation with strong operations in India and the Mideast.
The strategic acquisition, advised by SA Global Advisors (SA), marks a significant step iniLink Digital's plan to scale its global Al delivery capabilities and tap into two of the fastest-growing digital ecosystems in the world, according to a company statement.
