Dermatologists worldwide agree that it is the most important step in any routine.
Yet there is still a surprising amount of chatter online questioning its safety and effectiveness.
“Social media influencers and online articles have once again been circulating myths about sunscreen, from its effectiveness to claims that chemicals contained in SPF actually lead to cancer,’ explains Dr Alek Nikolic, a renowned aesthetic medical practitioner and the owner of SkinMiles.
And this misinformation does have an impact.
