Stoke City fight call after defeat quashed

BOXER Nathan Heaney is ramping up the pressure on promoter Frank Warren to organise a Stoke City bout after having his last defeat quashed.

The Hitman won his latest fight at the King’s Hall, in Stoke, last month after previously being defeated by Frenchman Sofiane Khati in February.
But it has now emerged that Khati had ‘ingested cannabis’ in the week before the fight, failed his post-bout drug test, and has since served a three-month suspension.
