Rangers boss prepared to make changes to his side

NEIL Kitching accepted responsibility after Stafford Rangers suffered another heavy defeat - and insisted there will have to be “personnel changes.”

Rangers conceded four goals for the second match running as they went down to Northern One West playoff contenders Vauxhall Motors, slipping to 16th in the table and sitting just six points above the danger zone.

Stafford are now winless in five league games, and Kitching’s side have shipped 14 goals across their last four outings.

Asked about that record, the Boro boss, right, said: “It’s horrific, we have got to change it quickly.

“Of course it is my responsibility, the players have to take some as well, we are asking them to do certain things and if it is not working then that is their responsibility, but then that falls back on me.

“We are not winning games, we have not performed correctly over the past few weeks. It is nowhere near good enough for us to win games of football.
