'Problem flat' hit by closure order

Complaints over persistent anti-social behaviour
A TROUBLED-PLAGUED flat has been shut down after a closure order was granted.
Court action has been taken to kick the tenants out of the problem-hit home inside Leek's Eagle Mill.
It means anyone who tries to get inside the Shoobridge Street property is committing a criminal offence and the tenants have had to find alternative accommodation.
The order - granted at North Staffordshire Justice Centre came into effect on Wednesday and will run for three months.
The action was taken after neighbours complained of persistent serious antisocial behaviour and drug-dealing.
