But this time 58-year-old avoids jail for the 'serious breach' of court rules
CONVICTED sex offender Stephen Proctor has avoided prison for breaking a court rule - four years after being jailed for a similar offence.
The 58-year-old was caged for 30 months in 2021 after setting up fake social media profiles on Facebook. It followed his conviction for sexual activity with a child after kissing a 15-year-old girl on the lips in 2021.
Now Proctor - who has eight convictions for 34 offences - has been sentenced yet again.
Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court heard how Proctor, of Leek Road, Stoke, failed to tell police that he had obtained a new passport ahead of a trip to Turkey.
