The Sentinel
|June 23, 2025
NORTON in Hales secured just their second NSSCL Premier B win of the season with an impressive success at leaders Wood Lane.
James Pringle's men put themselves in a handy position on their trip to Megacre by piling up 263 all out in the first half of Saturday's match.
Half-centuries from Jack Furnival, Ronan Farnell and Isaac Foster guided them to their big total.
Furnival top-scored with 60, which included 10 fours and one six, with Farnell striking eight fours and one maximum in his 57.
Foster was also in fine form as he found the boundary on eight occasions in his 52.
