SUPER Vale away. Darren Moore's side made it three league wins on the spin with a classic performance on the road at Barnsley.
They took charge after a tight first half, taking the lead on 65 minutes when Dajaune Brown burst into the left of the area and squared for Jordan Gabriel to score from close range.
They never looked like letting Barnsley back into the game and made certain of the points in the 89th minute when substitute Ryan Croasdale fired perfectly across keeper Murphy Cooper and into the bottom corner.
