Missing stars set to step up Stoke fitness

MARK Robins says he is looking forward to calling on the players who missed the encouraging 1-1 preseason draw with Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday.
Robins was without injured pair Ben Gibson and Sam Gallagher, who reported back for training after the summer break with knocks, while new signings Ash Phillips, Maksym Talovierov and Robert Bozenik were all at various stages of building up their fitness levels.
