McIlroy warned over FedEx snub

GOLF Rory Mcllroy has been warned that he might not be able to skip the FedExCup's first play-off round again.

The Northern Irishman stands alone amongst the 70-man field in refusing to take part in this week's FedEx St Jude Championship, the first leg of the FedExCup.
In doing so, reigning Masters champion Mcllroy will pass up the chance to win a possible £2.7million in prize money.
