400 houses are planned for site
HUNDREDS of people have signed a petition against plans for a 400-home estate.
Developer Northstone wants to build houses on Green Belt land off Hollywall Lane in Sandyford.
But there are fears that the proposed estate will cause too much chaos on the surrounding roads and extra GPs would be needed in the area. Now more than 400 people have signed the online petition.
Organiser Emma Whitby said: "For as long as I can remember, Hollywall Lane's fields have been just that - lovely expanses where countless children have enjoyed their days.
