Howe admitted Newcastle’s Carabao Cup 2-1 win over Fulham was a “great feeling” in the aftermath of their crushing defeat at Sunderland. The Magpies bounced back from a 1-0 Wear-Tyne derby loss to their bitter rivals with victory over the Cottagers on Wednesday night.
