White horses lead funeral carriage for much-loved chip shop owner Androulla who died aged 47

- Thomas Cooper

'Her smile could warm your heart'

A WHITE horse-drawn carriage was the centrepiece for the funeral of a much-loved chip shop owner.

The procession had visited Hanley Costa and Longton TK Maxx as a mark of respect before the horse-drawn carriage headed to the Greek Orthodox Church in Longton.

It was the perfect send-off for 47-year-old Androulla Neocleous - known as Drew - who lost her cancer fight last month.

The Sneyd Green mum-of-three had run Yorkshire Fisheries in Cobridge.

An online appeal after her death has raised more than £10,000.

The lavish send-off began with loved-ones conducting a whistle-stop tour of Androulla's favourite spots in Stoke-on-Trent.
