Regeneration project for over-55s enters its third phase
WORK is set to start on a new 39-home estate in North Staffordshire.
The Aspire Housing development will include a mix of 23 apartments, eight bungalows and eight maisonettes in Cross Street, Chesterton.
Once completed, they will be available to rent for the over-55s. The site was previously occupied by 20 maisonettes, which were demolished as they were no longer fit for purpose.
It is the third phase of the Aspire Housing Cross Street development. Phase one saw the completion of nine bungalows, while phase two, currently underway, will see 43 homes built.
