Safeguarding concerns raised by care quality inspectors
A CARE home has been ordered to improve after being found in breach of regulations.
Staff at Clement Court in Chell ‘felt despondent, unsupervised and that there was a lack of direction from the management team, according to its latest inspection.
As a result the Care Quality Commission (CQC) has judged the High Lane centre, which provides personal and nursing care to older people, some of whom are living with dementia, to be ‘requires improvement’.
Its report said: “This inspection was prompted by concerns raised with us about the safety and management of the home.
“At this inspection we looked at the safe and well-led quality statements only.
