Eyes were 'bulging with rage' as he made death threats
ANGRY Andrew Marsh attacked one neighbour with a baseball bat and threatened another with a 'realistic' imitation firearm.
The 39-year-old, right, 'lost control' outside his Brown Edge home and threatened to smash a neighbour's face in and burn her house down.
He also swung a baseball bat at a man four to six times and pointed a BB gun at another neighbour and said he was going to shoot her.
Now Marsh has been jailed for 28 months at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court.
Prosecutor Seamran Sidhu said the offending dated to April 20, 2021, the day after a neighbour noticed a scratch on his van and had a chat with Marsh.
The neighbour decided to put CCTV cameras on the driveway.
Miss Seamran said: "Marsh became confrontational. He said, 'You put those up, I will shoot them down, I would not hesitate to shoot you!
