CITY of Stoke-on-Trent Sixth Form College student Lois Cullen has secured a place at one of the world’s leading universities after her ‘phenomenal’ A level achievements.

- Sentinel Reporter

The former Endon High School student was awarded A* grades in A level French and German and an A in history.

As a result, she is off to the University of Cambridge to study history and German, later this year.

Lois’s brilliant set of results have been revealed after The Sentinel reported yesterday how students are celebrating ‘exceptional’ A level, vocational and T level results at the city’s sixth form college.

College staff say Lois excels in both research and debate, producing creative, well-argued work in history and demonstrating outstanding fluency in both French and German.

She’s also contributed to college life by supporting open evenings, leading language workshops in local schools, and representing the college on a trip to the Western Front battlefields.
