Governor Kambhampati inaugurates Utkarsh Nimapara conclave, calls for inclusive & people-centric development

“THE strength of a nation lies in its people — the farmers working in fields, the women in self-help groups, the youth with dreams, the teachers shaping young minds, and the artisans creating beauty,” said Odisha Governor Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati while inaugurating the Utkarsh Nimapara Conclave on Wednesday.
Describing the conclave as a platform rooted in inclusive growth and local aspirations, the Governor said Utkarsh Nimapara 2025 is a meaningful step towards people-centric development. He praised Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida for conceptualizing and leading this initiative with dedication and vision.
Calling Nimapara a land blessed with rich culture, spiritu-ality, and fertile lands, he said the region, known for its proximity to the Konark Sun Temple and Chandrabhaga beach, is now poised to become a hub of both tradition and modern progress.
