The Center for Global Best Practices will hold an online training program titled the 2019 Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines on Oct. 4 from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. via Zoom.

The program is designed to help participants understand the revised corporation code of the Philippines, structure their deals, avoid the legal pitfalls when making decisions at the board and management level, or when doing business and investing in the Philippines.
