Prime Energy CEO named PAP chair

The Petroleum Association of the Philippines (PAP) has elected Prime Energy Resources Development B.V. president and CEO Donnabel Kuizon Cruz as its new chairperson.

Cruz leads Prime Energy, a subsidiary of Prime Infra and is the operator of the Malampaya Deep Water Gas-to-Power Project, which supplies approximately 20 percent of Luzon's electricity needs.
