Orchard, Alta Vista teams conquer Sta. Lucia Tour Cebu leg

The Orchard Golf and Country Club duo of Ralph Chong and Aldric Yao led the winners of the Cebu leg of the 19th Sta. Lucia Golf Tour, held at Alta Vista Golf and Country Club in Pardo from September 3 to 5.

Chong and Yao topped a field of 43 teams with 63 points in the four-ball round and 59 in the scramble round, finishing with a net score of 122 points.
Host club Alta Vista also made a strong showing. Marco and Martin Mendoza captured the Class A crown with 127 points, just ahead of clubmates Jong Bu Woo and Tae Yun Kong, who carded 128. In Class B, Pinewoods Golf Club’s Terrance Park and Leo Sab-It secured the title with 131, while Ryan and Crizel Tablac, also from Pinewoods, finished second with 132.
