Detained former president Rodrigo Duterte will be spending Christmas and New Year without his family, following International Criminal Court (ICC) rules barring visitation during the holidays.
Duterte’s youngest daughter Veronica or Kitty confirmed the news on vlogger Alvin & Tourism’s Facebook page, saying that she had informed her father about it.
