New Clark City gets SPPI as 2nd industrial park developer

The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) has attracted its second industrial park developer for New Clark City in Capas, Tarlac.

MANILA —
In a statement, BCDA said it granted a 50-year lease contract to Science Park of the Philippines, Inc. (SPPI) to build an industrial park in a 100-hectare property inside the New Clark City with an investment amounting to PHP30 billion.
New Clark City's second industrial park is expected to host activities from sectors of food production, textiles, automotive parts, electric vehicles, semiconductors, and data centers.
