LTO Waives Fines for Late Registration, License Renewal

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has waived fines for late vehicle registration, driver's license renewal, and traffic violations in areas affected by weather disturbances recently.
The initiative is part of President Marcos' directive to extend aid to disaster-hit communities. In a memorandum signed by LTO officer-in-charge Greg Pua Jr., the agency said the waiver covers weekly surcharges for transactions due from July 21 to 25.
