As heavy rains inundated many parts of Luzon, including Metro Manila, President Marcos spoke from Washington late Monday, urging Filipinos to be on alert and to heed all advisories from local government units and the national government to ensure their safety.
The President assured the public that the national government has fully mobilized to respond to the widespread flooding caused by the enhanced southwest monsoon.
