Davao de Oro State College marked another milestone in its 11-year history with the formal investiture of its second College President, Dr. Lilybeth M. Matunhay, on October 11, 2024, at the DDOSC Activity Center.

Dr. Matunhay formally installed as DDOSC President in Investiture Ceremony

Commission on Higher Education Chairperson Hon. J. Prospero E. De Vera III personally conferred Dr. Matunhay's appointment, as outlined in the DDOSC-Board of Trustees Resolution No. 12, series of 2024, during the ceremony.

In her investiture speech, Dr. Matunhay addressed the College's stakeholders with a message of assurance and forward-looking optimism.

“As we look ahead, I envision a college that remains steadfast in its mission to provide accessible, inclusive, quality education, yet bold enough to adapt and innovate to meet the evolving demands of our society,” she said, outlining her vision for the future of the institution.
