BBM encourages Filipinos to emulate Bonifacio

President Marcos called on Filipinos to engage in endeavors that would benefit their countrymen as he expressed hope that the lessons of the late revolutionary leader Andres Bonifacio would inspire them to strive for prosperity and peace.
In his message for the 162nd anniversary of the birth of Bonifacio, Marcos said the founder of the revolutionary group Katipunan had demonstrated that heroism stems from a heart filled with pure intentions, courage and true love for the country.
