Ayala Malls Unveils P12.7-B Plan to Bolster Retail Presence in Cebu

Ayala Malls, the retail arm of property giant Ayala Land Inc., is investing P12.7 billion to boost its retail presence in Cebu.
Designed to boost economic vitality and retail prominence, the strategic investment covers three malls in Cebu—Ayala Center Cebu, Ayala Malls Central Bloc in the Cebu IT Park and Ayala Malls Gatewalk in Mandaue.
Ayala Malls said the investment is a key part of Ayala Land's previously announced "reimagining" of flagship and core malls with phased rollouts from 2025 to 2028.
Further, it said the strategic deployment of capital underscores Ayala Land's confidence in the sustained consumer demand and economic potential of key urban centers like Cebu.
