Look at how fast time flies, and look at how change happens ever faster.

- FRANCIS J. KONG

In 2020: "Work from home!" You had no choice.

In 2023: "Work from anywhere!" The world discovered you could use technology and work from home, the world has opened up, and they could work in a cafe or by the seaside, discussing business with the boss and the team while drinking coffee or sipping margaritas.

Could it be possible that in 2025: "No need to work... the robot's got it."

Yes, AI can increase our work productivity. But what about creativity?

A group of global creative leaders participated in the recent Debussy Stage gathering, discussing different topics, such as AI and creativity.

Sir John Hegarty, legendary co-founder of BBH, nailed it when he said: "AI has democratized opportunity. Creativity is the only thing left to compete on."

AI may be transforming how work gets done, but creativity still belongs to humans.

At a time when algorithms can whip out copy and generate images in seconds, there's a growing temptation to let machines drive the creative bus. But as global creative leaders reminded us at the recent Debussy Stage gathering:

While AI might be able to generate, it's humans who still originate.

Again, what Sir John Hegarty said about creativity being the only thing left to compete on should resonate because in a world of infinite content, what cuts through is not speed—but soul.

It is worth taking a look at these creative experts and masters' talk more about AI and creativity.
