ACEN feted anew for good corporate governance

Ayala-led ACEN Corp. has once again clinched four Golden Arrows from the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) for its consistent track record in upholding excellent corporate governance practices.
This marks the company’s fourth consecutive year of receiving four Golden Arrows, placing it among only 17 publicly listed firms to achieve that number of distinctions in 2025.
“This recognition from the ICD reaffirms that our governance principles remain steadfast even as ACEN pursues bold growth across multiple jurisdictions,” ACEN Group general counsel and compliance officer Dodjie Lagazo said.
