ABS-CBN transfers iconic QC property to Ayala Land

CHANGING CHANNELS
The Lopez and Zobel families have signed the deeds of absolute sale transferring a large part of ABS-CBN Corp.'s property in Quezon City to Ayala Land Inc. (ALI).
ABS-CBN signed on Wednesday the deeds of absolute sale for the transfer of 30,000 square meters of its 44,027.3-sqm property in Quezon City to ALI.
This paves the way for the two parties to start consolidating ownership in the historic landmark in Mother Ignacia Avenue, highlighted by a towering transmitter used by ABS-CBN back when it was airing on free TV.
