NHM employees seek MLAs’ support for long-pending demands

Employees working under the National Health Mission (NHM) across Jammu and Kashmir have urged Members of the Legislative Assembly to raise their long-pending issues in the upcoming Assembly and Budget session scheduled to be held in Jammu in the first week of February 2026.

Tramboo said that despite more than two decades of dedicated service in the health sector, NHM employees continue to be deprived of basic rights as no formal policy has been framed for their regularisation.
