IIM Jammu concludes trekking-based leadership prog

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu on Wednesday concluded a three-day trekking-based Management Development Programme (MDP) on Leadership Skills for Managers for executives of a Maharatna company, with a valedictory ceremony held at the Vedanta MDP Block, Jagti Campus.
Conducted from January 12 to 14 in the Lower Himalayas, the experiential programme focused on developing leadership capabilities through outdoor learning, emphasizing adaptability, resilience and teamwork in challenging environments.
