Drug peddler arrested with Cannabis in Katra

In a continued crackdown on drug trafficking in the holy town of Katra, police on Tuesday intercepted and arrested a man carrying over 509 grams of cannabis-like substance near Ban Ganga.
The suspect, identified as Vikram Bandral, son of Hans Raj and a resident of Tikri, Udhampur, was stopped around 11:00 AM while riding a motorcycle (JK06C-3907) from Katra towards Ban Ganga. He was currently residing at Purana Daroor, SMVD Track.
