84 Bn CRPF delivers relief to flood-hit families in Ramban

Demonstrating its humanitarian commitment alongside security duties, the 84 Battalion of CRPF provided essential relief materials to flood-affected families in the remote village of Kanga, Ramban district, Jammu and Kashmir.
The initiative was led by Asstt Commandant Deepak Shukla and Insp/GD Kumar Gaurav, under the direction of Commandant 84 Bn.The CRPF team trekked 5 km on foot to reach the inaccessible village under PS Dharamkund, where the families of Jay Chand and Moul Raj, who lost their homes in a recent flood and landslide, were residing.
