REJECTING criticism from different corners, chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Monday made clear that the Kerala government was not giving compensation to the TECOM company for withdrawing from the Smart City.
Speaking at a press conference on Monday, Pinarayi said it's the value of shares that TECOM bought. He also said the land would be taken over by the government and would not give it to any private players.
