SALT IS an intriguing name for a beach restaurant. But that is exactly the play of words that the good folks at Sheraton Grand on the ECR wanted to have fun with when they named this beautiful, thatched roof restaurant on the edge of the Bay of Bengal. One of the reasons to walk in to any restaurant is the food, and that is what we will speak about but do try their excellent range of cocktails. The Magic Madras comes highly recommended, on a base of vodka with chillies and other ingredientsfun, playful and a taste that's just so refreshing.
