My musical works still being used without my permission: Ilaiyaraaja

MUSIC composer Ilaiyaraaja told the Madras High Court that his musical works are being used in an unauthorised manner by music companies and film producers to earn money by infringing upon his rights.

The submission was made by senior counsel S Prabakaran before Justice N Senthilkumar on Wednesday during the hearing of the petitions filed by Ilaiyaraaja against Sony Music Entertainment India Private Limited, Echo Recording Company Private Limited, Ilaiyara and Oriental Records, alleging unauthorised use of his works.
