Birla scions inducted into Hindalco as directors

PAVING the way for the younger generation to lead the diverse Aditya Birla Group, the Board of Hindalco Industries on Tuesday inducted the daughter and son of Kumar Mangalam BirlaAnanya Birla, and Aryaman Vikram Birla as directors.

Ananya and Aryaman joined the boards of the Aditya Birla Group's flagship companies, Grasim Industries and Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, in 2023.
Kumar Mangalam Birla, Chairman of Aditya Birla Group, said, "Hindalco is now in the midst of yet another transformational growth phase, co-creating solutions that will harness the potential of aluminium and copper to drive the global energy transition and support the shift to a low-carbon future.
