Raj Nivas Restoration on, Lt Guv to Get New Home on Beach Road

RAJ Nivas, the official residence and office of the Lieutenant Governor, will be temporarily relocated to the Hospitality-cum-Entertainment Complex on Beach Road.
The housewarming ceremony for the new residence was held on Wednesday, attended by a host of dignitaries, including Lieutenant Governor K Kailashnathan and his wife, Chief Minister N Rangasamy, Assembly Speaker R Selvam, and Home Minister A Namassivayam.
