CRITICISING the BJP-led union government's nod to include caste enumeration in the upcoming population census as "playing vote bank politics", VCK president and Chidambaram MP Thol Thirumavalavan on Thursday said the saffron party, which was previously against the exercise, made the announcement in time for the Bihar Legislative Assembly election.
