Rajini Accused of Demanding ₹5 Cr From Stone Crusher Unit Owners
The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) is said to be gearing up to file a case against suspended IPS officer Palle Joshua, former minister Vidadala Rajini, and others for the alleged abuse of power, criminal misconduct, and extortion of money from stone crusher unit owners in Palnadu district during the previous YSRCP regime.
Following a complaint lodged by the owner of Sri Lakshmi Balaji Stone Crusher unit of Edlapadu alleging that Joshua, while serving as the Regional Vigilance and Enforcement Officer (RV&EO) of Prakasam district, and former minister Rajini indulged in misuse of power and extortion, Vigilance and Enforcement (V&E) Director General Harish Kumar Gupta had ordered a probe into the matter.
