Tenkasi's new SP Aravind takes charge

S Aravind took charge as the sixth Superintendent of Police (SP) of Tenkasi district at the district police office (DPO) here on Monday.
Aravind, who joined the police service in 2005 as a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), has held various roles across Tamil Nadu.
He served as the DSP in Tiruvarur, Karur, Tirunelveli, Tiruppur, and the Chennai Cyber Crime Wing. He also worked as the Additional Superintendent of Police in the Narcotics Intelligence Bureau in Chennai, Superintendent of Police in the Criminal Investigation Department in Chennai, and Superintendent of Police (SP) of Tiruvannamalai district.
