SOCIAL Welfare and Women Empowerment Minister Geetha Jeevan paid respects to a 21-year-old road accident victim who donated his organs at Thoothukudi Medical College Hospital.
A Dhanasingh (21) of Puthiyamputhur had met with a road accident recently and was declared brain dead.
