State to Appoint 2,436 New Teachers, CM to Issue Orders Soon: Poyyamozhi

In a major push to enhance the quality of education in government schools, Chief Minister M K Stalin will soon issue appointment orders for 2,436 new teachers, said School Education Minister Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi.
Addressing a state-level review meeting on the Achievement Test 2025 for headmasters at Neelamangalam, he emphasized the government's commitment to strengthening foundational education alongside higher secondary learning. The meeting was held in the presence of collector M S Prasanth and officials from the district administration.
