Aimed at transforming all public libraries powerful engines of grassroots development
IN a bold and visionary move to democratise education and empower its rural youth, Pattambi constituency has launched an innovative project titled 'Vayanashalakal Janakeeya Sarvakalashalakal Aakunnu', which translates into 'Libraries are becoming people's universities'.
The project is aimed at transforming all the public libraries under the jurisdiction of the constituency into powerful engines of grassroots development, under the 'Learning Constituency' visionary programme.
