Ministry lifts suspension of wrestling federation

MONTHS of uncertainty gave way to hope as the sports ministry, through an order dated March 10, revoked the suspension of the Wrestling Federation of India (WFI).
The suspension was imposed on December 24, 2023, days after the elections of the executive committee following which Sanjay Kumar Singh was elected as the president.
